My visit to the Emirates Airlines Birmingham Office was nothing short of excellent. I was trying to reserve a complicated multi-city travel arrangement through the website but encountered some bumps. One of my friends recommended that I visit the Emirates office in person. I am thankful that I did. Not only was the office easy to locate, but the entire atmosphere was serene and professional. The staff was happy to listen and determine precisely what I needed and even offered suggestions for upgrading my travel package. The staff was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable about flight times, seating options, and reward points.
